The Official Creality K1 Nozzle Kit (0.4mm, 2 Pack) is designed to enhance the performance of your Creality 3D printers, including the K1, K1 Max, and CR-M4 models.

This kit includes two 0.4mm nozzles, each made from different materials to accommodate various printing needs:

• Brass Nozzle: Known for its high thermal conductivity (up to 330 W/m·K), this nozzle ensures even heating and supports high-speed printing up to 600 mm/s. Its nickel-plated surface reduces filament adhesion, resulting in smoother extrusion. It's suitable for materials like PLA, ABS, PETG, TPE, TPU, PC, and high-temperature filaments such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PSU, and PPSU.

• Hardened Steel Nozzle: Featuring high hardness and wear resistance, this nozzle is ideal for printing abrasive materials, including filaments with carbon fiber, glass fiber, steel, wood, boron carbide, tungsten, and phosphorescent pigments. It resists corrosion and oxidation, extending its service life, and can handle temperatures up to 450°C.

Both nozzles are designed with smooth inner walls (Ra<0.4) to enhance filament fluidity and reduce clogging. The precise machining ensures seamless joints, preventing filament leakage and ensuring consistent print quality.
