Initiate a Request
Log into your account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Technical Assessment
For printer hardware issues, our technicians will conduct a brief remote diagnostic to determine if the issue can be resolved with a firmware update or a replacement part.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all nozzles, tools, and cables, then attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
